Wassup fellas? So I got this forum user this time complaining about the following problem:
“Adopted a 3-year-old terrier mix that had puppies on Christmas 2020. Not sure how many litters she may have had. She was a pregnant stray. Can anyone tell me how long, or if her teats will get back to normal? Also, her back teats are very baggy and form a fold. What can I do to keep it clean and smelling good? She has a bit of a yeasty smell. Thanks for any information.
Thought exercise will help. Unfortunately, she is undergoing heartworm treatment and will be pretty much kennel-bound for a couple of months! YUK!”
First thing first, I recommend a vet to consult this dog and see what is going wrong.
The teats should get back to normal in a couple of weeks, at least that is what I know about this kind of stuff.
I recommend bathing the dog from time to time to eliminate any unpleasant odors.
Lastly, please implement dog training at home for the dog’s sake.
She will definitely need it. Play some games with the dog and keep her entertained.
That’s all I have to say to answer this user’s issue. For a good time with your dog, I recommend Brain Training 4 Dogs (full review here) course which contains all the good stuff and goodies when it comes to dog training.
Wish this user good luck with the dog and stay safe.
