Hello and thank you for reading this. On my About Page, I mentioned that I want a dog but I’m too scared that I won’t be responsible enough to take care of it.

Now I’m ready but what breed should I choose? Please comment down below and let me know which breed do you think is easy to have. This will help me a lot in making a decision.

Training the dog

The first thing I’m going to focus on is to train it. I don’t want it to start barking around uncontrollably or jump around.

I don’t want it to chew on my things either if you know what I mean.

Taking the dog to the vet

Worst case scenario but it happens. The dog can get ill in the process and medication is what it needs. This will involve some costs, but it has to be done.

Playing with the dog

It’s very important to make time for my dog right? It needs my attention so I have to give it, otherwise, he will feel unloved and I don’t want that.

What techniques would you say that I should implement? Having large outdoors walks?

Final Words

I think that having a dog is the nicest thing in the world. It can keep you company and it feels great watching it grow.

Please post your advice in the comments section and let me know your experience.

Happy to connect

  1. Hi!
I read this article and see your valid concerns about having a pet as there doesn’t seem to be any prior experience with raising dogs. So if I had been in that situation, I’d have considered some basic things like space where the pet will be living, that will ultimately determine what size of dog you should bring home as the dog will eventually need stuff that matched its stature.
The next thing I would’ve given consideration for is the temperament of the dog. You can always tell if the dog is an active one or a lazy one.
Any kind of biting issues that the dog might show initially will go away as the dog grows and the constant barking…..well that depends on how you keep your pet, i.e. as a family member or as a door guard. The more time and attention you can give your dog, the more calm and confident in their nature they become.
Hope this answers some of your questions and helps you to decide what furry friend you want to welcome in your life and home.

    1. Thank you hita for your tips. I will definitely apply them when I will get my new dog. 🐢🦴
